As the Green Bay Packers count down the days until the Jordan Love era begins, they’re left with the weirdest multiple-time MVP the league has ever seen.
Still, Green Bay should be content trotting out Aaron Rodgers for Week 1. Health permitting, he’ll be out there for the opener, given he won’t be suspended for his offseason ayahuasca consumption. Rodger claims that he went on a retreat to Peru in 2020, where the psychoactive, hallucinogenic drink changed him for the better.
“I came back and knew I was never going to be the same,” said Rodgers. He would go on to win back to back MVP awards.
The league does not consider Rodgers’ use of ayahuasca to be a violation of the league’s drug policy. His pseudo performance enhancer lands him at +1000 to win his third consecutive MVP, per DraftKings.
